Are Milk Spills Toxic?

CEI’s Director of the Center for Energy and Environment Myron Ebell discusses the extent of federal regulations. The Environmental Protection Agency currently classifies milk spills in the same way as oil spills. Federal agencies impose more than 48,000 regulations on American citizens and businesses.
