Cooler Heads Event on Emissions Trading w/ Matthew Sinclair

Matthew Sinclair, research director for the Taxpayers’ Alliance in the UK, discusses the failure of Europe’s Emissions Trading Scheme for greenhouse gases. Sinclair is also the author of the study “The Expensive Failure of the European Union Emissions Trading Scheme” (2009). Introduction by Cooler Heads Coalition chairman Myron Ebell.
