Although Mr. Ebell may be highly knowledgeable in this area, I felt he needed to bring in many more specifics in his presentation to strengthen his argument. He did that in the end when he briefly touched on Cal. energy costs. But he needs to present a much stronger case in order to make the listening audience understand the seriousness of the Obama proposals.
